My beloved thesis ❤️

 

Helo guys! Long time no see ! I’m so excited cause finally I finished my tesis and because of this I spend a lot of time on it so I can’t write my blog... and Finally now I can take time to tell you about it Yeay! Hopefully you can enjoy my writing 😜

My tesis is about Strategic cost reduction, im very excited to write this cause I really want to write and feel so interested with that. My thesis is about how the analysis of strategic cost reduction’s implementation in a company. Strategic cost reduction tells about how company can reduce or eliminate cost without give impact to product. Strategic cost reduction is about how reduce cost with eliminate non value added activity in a company. Nowadays, many company still use traditional cost reduction to eliminate cost in operational activity, the example is reduce employee in some division of company. Not only that, company also take some strategy for example use resources to support production in a little amount. That strategy is not relevant enough to use in this day. Globalization economy and customer value make a company has to change the strategy so they can improve and develop business more effectively. Company can start to make the strategy with doing some elimination of non value added activity, for example waiting activity, moving activity, and inspection activity. Waiting activity can be changed with make some negotiate and agreement with the suppliers so the company can change the production system with just in time manufacturing. Just in time manufacturing can reduce  throughput time and make production system more effectively. Moving time can be reduced with change the layout of the factory. Layout of the factory can be made more closely than before. About inspection time can be reduce with increasing the quality of production and make more effectively in operation.

With all the implementation of strategic cost reduction can make the production of company more productive and effective.

Thats all about my tesis with short explanation hihi because I’m in a process to publish my tesis in public and I’m very excited for it..
